Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe

 Let’s make a simple yet effective creamy mayonnaise with full cream milk and cooking oil. The recipe post has 3 additional flavours of mayo recipe prepared from the basic mayonnaise which can be easily used as a dip for almost any snacks and can also be used as a spread for sandwiches and burgers.

Ingredients

For eggless mayonnaise:

  • ½ cup milk (chilled)
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

For chilli garlic mayo:

  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

For mixed herbs mayo:

  • 3 tbsp coriander
  • 3 tbsp mint
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 1 chilli

For tandoori mayo:

  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Kasuri methi
  • ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste

Eggless mayo preparation:

  • in a small mixer, take ½ cup milk, ½ cup oil, ½ tsp mustard powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
  • pulse and blend 10 times.
  • now the mixture has thickened.
  • slowly add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar.
  • close and pulse 10 more times.
  • now the mixture has thickened even further.
  • further, add 2 more tbsp oil and pulse 5 times.
  • the mixture will turn very thick and creamy.
  • finally, eggless mayonnaise is ready to enjoy.

Mixed herbs mayo preparation:

  • in a blender take, 3 tbsp coriander, 3 tbsp mint, 1-inch ginger and 1 chilli.
  • blend to smooth paste adding water as required.
  • mix 2 tbsp of prepared green paste with 3 tbsp prepared eggless mayonnaise.
  • finally, mixed herbs mayonnaise is ready to serve.

Chilli garlic mayo preparation:

  • firstly, take 3 tbsp prepared eggless mayonnaise and add 2 tbsp chilli sauce.
  • also, add 1 tsp garlic and ½ tsp chilli flakes. mix well.
  • finally, chilli garlic mayonnaise is ready to serve.

Tandoori mayo preparation:

  • firstly, take 3 tbsp prepared eggless mayonnaise and add 2 tbsp chilli sauce.
  • add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp coriander powder and ¼ tsp cumin powder.
  • also add ¼ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp Kasuri methi and ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, tandoori mayonnaise is ready to serve.
