Sonakshi Sinha shares FIRST PHOTOS as she marries Zaheer Iqbal

Bollywood couple Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal were taking the plunge. The couple made their seven year relationship official as they were pronounced as husband and wife in a simple ceremony which was held in Mumbai. Followed by that, the actress in a joint post for the first time with husband Zaheer, decided to pen a heartfelt note about this special moment.

Sonakshi Sinha stated that they decided to get married on June 23 because this date was special as seven years ago, on this exact date, they realized their love for each other. Speaking about it in her caption, Sonakshi said, “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each others eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife.”

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal looked ethereal as they twinned in white wherein while the actress donned a graceful ivory colored saree with heavy embroidered, Zaheer too sported a white kurta with a lot of work. The couple shared photos of their cutesy romance along with glimpses of them signing the register together since they decided to do a court wedding instead of a traditional ceremony. Adding further to the caption, Sonakshi said, “Here’s to love, hope and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever <3”. She signed off by adding, “Sonakshi (infiniti emoji) Zaheer 23.06.2024”.

Sonakshi and Zaheer are also hosting a fun bash in the evening at the plush restaurant Bastian in Bandra, to celebrate their wedding with their loved ones, which will be attended by their close friends and colleagues from the industry.
