Deepika Padukone opens up about her film Draupadi; says, “Filming will start next year”

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was recently seen in Shakun Batra’s Gehraiyaan co-starring Ananya Pandey and Sidharth Chaturvedi. Deepika has now shared a few details about her upcoming Draupadi project. When asked if the Draupadi project is still on, to which the actress replied, “Yes, very much. There’s a lot of pre-production so I would think it’ll start next year.”
Deepika further talked about her film Gehraiyaan, it’s response from family and industry people, film Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and her upcoming Hollywood rom-com. Deepika also revealed the most challenging scene from Geharaiyaan.
On the work front, Deepika is set to be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan for Yash Raj Film’s action film Pathan which has been scheduled for release on August 15, 2022. She is also set to star opposite Prabhas in an as-yet untitled science fiction film from filmmaker Nag Ashwin.
