Varun Dhawan gets injured

Varun Dhawan’s next with filmmaker Atlee Kumar. The film promises to be an adrenaline-pumping action spectacle. The actor began shooting for the film earlier this week and sustained an injury a day after the shoot.
Penned and helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Kalees, the movie is set to be a high-octane rollercoaster ride filled with thrilling moments and larger-than-life action sequences. The project will be jointly produced by Murad Khetani and Priya Atlee.
While the title of the film is yet to be revealed, VD 18 is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on May 31, 2024.
On the work front, Varun was last seen last month in the romantic drama Bawaal. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film saw Janhvi Kapoor star opposite him. The movie was directly released on Prime Video.
Meanwhile, Atlee Kumar is busy with the post-production work on Jawan starring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. The film is set for September 7, 2023 release in theatres.
