3 Fat Burning Drink Recipes

INGREDIENTS
Lemon Ginger fat-burning drink:
- 1litre water
- 2lemon / lime
- 1inch ginger (grated)
- ½tsp pepper
- 1tsp honey
- 1tsp lemon
Cumin Cinnamon fat-burning drink:
- 1litre water
- 3tsp cumin
- 3inch cinnamon
- 1tsp honey
- 1tsp lemon
Chia Lemon fat-burning drink:
- 2tsp chia seeds
- 2cup water
- 1tsp honey
- 1tsp lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
How to make lemon ginger fat-burning drink:
- firstly, in a large saucepan take 1 litre of water.
- take 2 lemon rinds which are chopped roughly. make sure to squeeze off the juice and keep it aside before chopping.
- add 1-inch ginger, ½ tsp pepper and boil for 5 minutes.
- boil until the lemon softens.
- cool slightly, and filter out the water.
- in a tall glass take prepared warm detox water.
- add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon. mix well.
- finally, enjoy a lemon ginger fat-burning drink early in the morning.
How to make cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink:
- firstly, in a large saucepan take 1 litre of water.
- add 3 tsp cumin and 3 inches cinnamon.
- boil for 5 minutes or more.
- boil until the flavours are absorbed.
- cool slightly, and filter out the water.
- in a tall glass take prepared warm detox water.
- add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon. mix well.
- finally, enjoy a cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink early in the morning.

- firstly, soak 2 tsp chia seeds in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
- take the soaked chia seeds in a tall glass.
- add 2 cups water, 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon. mix well.
- finally, enjoy a chia lemon fat-burning drink early in the morning.
