A unique fusion recipe made with traditional south Indian dosa batter and pizza toppings.
Ingredients:
for dosa batter:

3cup dosa rice / sona masuri rice

½tsp methi/fenugreek seeds

1cup urad dal
-
2cup puffed rice / churumuri / murmura (washed & squeeze)

1½tsp salt
for pizza topping (1 dosa):

1tsp butter
-
-
1tbsp onion (chopped)
-
1tsp jalapeno (chopped)

1tbsp capsicum (chopped)
-
1tbsp olives (sliced)
-
¼tsp mixed herbs
-
¼tsp chilli flakes
-
3tbsp cheese (grated)
INSTRUCTIONS

Spread a ladleful of dosa batter slightly thick on hot tawa.

Top with 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp pizza sauce.

Spread gently, making sure the sauce and butter are uniformly spread.

Now top with 1 tbsp onion, 1 tsp jalapeno, 1 tbsp capsicum and 1 tbsp olives.

further, sprinkle ¼ tsp mixed herbs and ¼ tsp chilli flakes.

Also, top with 3 tbsp cheese.

Keeping the flame on low, allow the cheese to melt.

Once the cheese starts to melt, scrape the dosa.

Finally, enjoy pizza dosa with coconut chutney or as it is.
