Bollywood playback singer Alka Yagnik shared a personal note on Instagram, revealing a battle with a rare hearing disorder. The news comes as a shock to fans who have enjoyed her melodious voice in countless films for decades.

Yagnik described a sudden and alarming incident that led to her diagnosis. “A few weeks ago, as I walked out of a flight, I suddenly felt I was not able to hear anything,” she wrote in the heartfelt post.
