Homemade Marshmallow without Gelatin and Eggs

Ingredients :
1 cup suji
1-litre milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
Food colour
Sugar according to taste
Method :
1. Bring milk to a boil. Add food colour.
2. Add suji gradually stirring to avoid lumps.
3. Add sugar.
4. Once the mixture starts to set, pour it on a greased tray and flatten it with a spoon.
5. Place in the refrigerator. Once cool, cut into small pieces and roll in desiccated coconut.
