Actress Kangana Ranaut has heaped accolades on superstar Shah Rukh Khan for his outstanding performance in his latest film, Jawan. The film, directed by Atlee, made a grand entrance at the box office, drawing massive support from fans who even turned up at theatres with bandages as a symbol of their admiration.
Critics too showered praise on the film, and Kangana Ranaut took to Instagram to express her admiration for Shah Rukh Khan’s remarkable reinvention at the age of 57.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Kangana shared a Jawan poster and commended SRK’s journey from the ultimate lover boy of the nineties to his decade-long struggle to reconnect with his audience in his late forties to mid-fifties. She praised his transformation into the quintessential Indian mass superhero, even at the age of almost 60, calling it nothing short of superheroic in real life.
The Queen actress highlighted how SRK’s resilience, hard work, and humility serve as a master class for artists seeking long and successful careers through reinvention and reestablishment.
Having said that, it is worth mentioning here that Jawan has scored an all-time biggest opening in Hindi with estimates in the vicinity of Rs. 65 crores. In fact, the film is on a record-breaking spree even in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
Kangana Ranaut, on the other hand, has a promising lineup of projects, including Emergency, where she portrays former prime minister Indira Gandhi, Tejas, in which she plays the role of an Air Force pilot, and the Tamil film Chandramukhi 2.
