Karan Johar hints at Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani teaser arriving next week: “I am excited, nervous and yet so happy to begin the last lap of our prem kahani”

Filmmaker Karan Johar has picked up his director’s hat again after seven years for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, this marks the pair’s reunion after Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy. The first posters were unveiled on May 25, on the occasion of Karan Johar’s birthday which also marked his 25th anniversary in the film industry. The first teaser will arrive next week on June 20 and the director is excited and nervous.
Sharing a new poster which has the tagline “Loading a new era of love”, Karan Johar captioned it, “After 7 years… back in the director’s chair…I am excited , nervous and yet so happy to begin the last lap of our prem kahani… Watch this space for the teaser ….coming super soon with all our love to you …. #rockyaurranikiipremkahaani.”
Bollywood Hungama previously reported that the teaser has been cleared by CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification). The source revealed, “CBFC has already given a green signal for the teaser, and it is expected to have a duration of 1 minute 19 seconds.”
Starring Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi alongside Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, the film will release on July 28, 2023.
