Kriti Sanon is one of those actresses who has made her distinct presence in the industry on her own. The actress got the privilege to perform in the opening ceremony of the first-ever Women’s Premier League and the actress is immensely overjoyed to be a part of it.
Taking to her social media, Kriti shared a video in which she can be seen performing the ‘Badal Pe Paon Hain’ song which is well filled with a lot of motivational vibes that the actress can be seen expressing with her presence in the video. While sharing her overwhelming feeling of being a part of first ever Women’s Premier League, she jotted down the caption, “Aasmaan ka swaad hai, muddatton ke baad hai” It was an honour and a privilege to perform at the opening ceremony of the first ever Women’s Premier League! Cricket has always been looked as more of a male sport and I’m so happy and proud that the women cricketers are getting opportunities, platforms and validation that they have always deserved! WPL, which has been organised at a huge level and is being aired in 47 countries, is truly a symbol of change and progress. Thank you BCCI @wplt20 for making me a small part of the celebration of this change!!”
