Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Oatmeal peanut butter energy balls are an easy and healthy snack with only 4 ingredients. These energy balls are great for road trips and stay good for a week.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 0.50 cup Peanut Butter
- 0.50 cup Honey
- 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions

Dry roast the oats until a nice nutty aroma comes out and blend it to a powder.

Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract and blend again until all the ingredients combined well.

Shape them into small balls and serve or store them in the refrigerator.
