Soya Chunks Curry recipe

We all love our Soya Chunk, be it in fried rice, normal curry, Pulao or Biryani. However, today we will tell you how to make Soya Chunk curry with a differance.
Instructions
Soya chunks cooking recipe:
- firstly, boil soya chunks for 8 minutes and transfer them to a bowl of cold water.
- allow to rest for 10 minutes and squeeze completely.
- Chop the soya chucks according to your desired size.
- Now marinate the chucks in the following ingredients given marinating ingredients list.
- Leave the marinated soya chunks refrigerated until you make your masala paste.
Masala paste recipe:
- In the blender add onion, garlic, chilli, ginger, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, Tej Patta, coriander powder/coriander roots, tomatoes, cashew.
- Now blend this into a smooth paste
Soya chunks curry recipe:
- In a large Kadai heat oil.
- Now add the blended paste
- Cook the paste until oil separates.
- Now add in Haldi, garam masala and salt
- Cook until oil separates
- Now add in the marinated soya chunks
- Fry soya chunks until the moisture dries as the marinated chunks may release water.
- And add in the ¼ cup water and simmer until the mixture turns into a thick gravy.
- Add in yoghurt and stir well.
- Garnish with coriander and/or Kasuri methi
- Serve with rice or roti
