Potato Cheese Bites Recipe

Ingredients of Potato Cheese Bites
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Potato (boiled and chopped)
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Cheese (grated)
- Oil (for deep frying)
- 5 Potatoes (boiled and grated)
How to Make Potato Cheese Bites

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and allow it to turn brown. Add chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper.

Add a cup of water and salt and allow it to boil. Incorporate rice flour slowly to avoid any lumps and cook till it leaves sides of the pan.

Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl and allow it to cool. Add grated boiled potato in the mixture.

Add corn flour and salt, and mix it well. Divide a little portion of potato mixture and add cheese into it and mix well.

Make a neat cylinder of cheese potato mixture, similarly make another cylinder of potato mixture. By using corn flour, with the help of fingers flatten the potato mixture and slide in the cheese potato cylinder to stuff inside the potato mixture.

Divide the potato mixture into two and make cylinders.Cut this into bite size tots, alternatively shape this into balls.

Deep fry these potato cheese bites in medium hot oil (for better results deep freeze these tots till frozen) till crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
