Alia Bhatt kicks off 29th birthday with fierce first glimpse of superhero actioner Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor

Alia Bhatt is taking a much-needed break after the success of Gangubai Kathiawadi. As turns 29 today on March 15, Karan Johar took to social media to share the first glimpse of Isha, Alia’s character from upcoming superhero actioner, Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor.
The glimpses see Alia Bhatt’s character in action in several VFX heavy action sequences. The production house captioned the post, “A special day calls for a special celebration… the first ever character glimpse of Brahmāstra. Meet Isha!”
Alia Bhatt wrote, “happy birthday to me. can’t think of a better day and a better way for you’ll to meet Isha. Ayan my wonder boy. I love you. Thank you! ☀️ #brahmastra.”

Brahmastra is helmed by Ayan Mukerji. It marks the third collaboration between Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan whereas the first one between Ayan, Ranbir, and Alia Bhatt. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy. The film arrives in theatres on September 9, 2022.
