Egg Lollipop Recipe

Ingredients of Egg Lollipop
- 6-7 Hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup Refined flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- Water (as required)
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
- 1 Small onion (finely chopped)
- Bell peppers (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Green chilli
- Coriander leaves to garnish
How to Make Egg Lollipop

To begin with the recipe, take a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and water. Mix until you get the desired consistency.

Now dip hard-boiled eggs into the batter and keep aside for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Add the coated eggs and fry for 10-12 minutes. Take them out and pat with tissues to remove extra oil.

Once done, heat oil in a separate pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, and saute for a min.

Add onions and bell pepper. Saute for a few minutes.

Add all the sauces as mentioned in the ingredients list. Mix well and enjoy!!
