Gud Pua Recipe

Gud Pua is one such sweet dish and is made in Bihar on the occasion of Holi. Many people confuse it with malpua; however, it’s completely different. This pua is crispy and thin and is mildly sweet. Gud Pua is a delicious dish that’s made dry and thus can pass on as an ideal snack with tea.
Ingredients
- 200 gm whole wheat flour
- 180 gm powdered jaggery
- 2 teaspoon chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 cup ghee
- 300 ml lukewarm milk
- 1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
- 100 ml condensed milk
How to make Gud Pua
To prepare this delicious dish, take a bowl and mix powdered jaggery in warm milk till it dissolves. Next, add wheat flour to this mixture and stir vigorously into a smooth batter. Now, add cardamom powder to the batter and keep it aside.
Then, preheat ghee in a kadhai on medium heat. Next, pour a ladle full of batter into the melted ghee one by one. Once cooked, flip and cook on the other side on medium heat.
