There are many ways to gain weight.

While some people are trying to lose weight, there are a few who are struggling to gain weight. Here are some tips for you to try out.

  1. Consume one banana after meal daily
  2. Boil 2 dates in a cup of milk and consume twice daily.
  3. Make Coconut flesh and milk pudding and enjoy it.
  4. Peanuts are good for weight gain as well.
  5. Butter and Homemade Ghee are the best.
  6. Eat your dhal, vegetables, fruits, cheese, milk, and ghee to notice a gain in your weight.
