Pav bhaji recipe

Pav bhaji recipe, this is the simplest and easiest you can make your kids eat rainbow of vegetables without any fuss.
Ingredients
- 2 Potato
- 1.5 cups Mixed vegetable Beans, carrot, green peas, beetroot, cauliflower- chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 2 Tomato finely chopped or pureed
- 2 Green chilli slit
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji masala
- Salt
- Lemon wedges to serve
- Pav Buns to serve
- Onion and coriander leaves chopped – As needed for garnishing
Instructions

Pressure cook peeled, chopped potatoes and other chopped veggies together with little water, upto 3 whistles in the pressure cooker.

Mash nicely with a potato masher and set aside.

Heat a broad pan with butter, fry the onion until translucent.

After that add ginger garlic paste, and fry till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste goes off.

Then add the capsicum and fry for a minute.

Following it, add tomatoes, salt, pav Bhaji masala and red chilli powder.

Fry till tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

Then add all the veggies, and stir well.

Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes and mash with a ladle so that all the veggies get mixed well.

Finally, add butter if desired. Bhaji is ready now to serve with pav.
