  • Semolina – 1/2 cup
  • All Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Green Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Curd – 5 tbsp
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Saffron Strands
  1. To make easy and Instant Rashbhari Suji Sweet, take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of fine semolina.
  2. Next step – add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix everything well.
  3. Next step – add 1/4 cup of oil, 5 tbsp of curd and mix everything well.
  4. Next step – add water as required and prepare a medium-thick batter.
  5. Next step – add 1 tsp of baking powder, mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and boil.
  7. After the sugar starts boiling, add some saffron strands and mix well.
  8. After 3-4 minutes, check the sugar syrup; if it feels sticky, this means the sugar syrup is perfect.
  9. Now turn off the flame and keep the sugar syrup aside.
  10. Next step – take a piping bag(use star nozzle to get amazing design) and fill prepared batter into it.
  11. Next step – place a wide pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
  12. Next step – directly prepare small Jalebi into oil and fry well until golden and crispy.
  13. After your Suji Sweet turns golden and crispy, transfer it into the warm sugar syrup and leave it for 5 minutes.
  14. As long as your Rasbhari Suji sweet is absorbing the sugar syrup, fry the next batch.
  15. After 5 minutes, take out your Rashbhari sweet from the sugar syrup and garnish them with chopped pistachio.
  16. Now your amazing Rasbhari Suji Sweet is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
