Sausage Balls Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)

1 pound ground sausage

2 cups flour or besan

1 tablespoon coriander

1/4 cup milk (add if needed)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, flour, and shredded cheese.

Shape the mixture into 24 golf ball-sized balls. Place the balls on baking sheets.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with your favourite dip on the side!
