Sausage Balls Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1 pound ground sausage

  • 2 cups flour or besan

  • 1 tablespoon coriander

  • 1/4 cup milk (add if needed)

DIRECTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, flour, and shredded cheese.
  • Shape the mixture into 24 golf ball-sized balls. Place the balls on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favourite dip on the side!
