Twinkle Khanna introduces her niece Naomika on her 18th birthday

Readers would be aware that Rinkie Khanna made her debut in Bollywood with the teenage college drama Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi. While the actress had a short stint in the industry, Twinkle Khanna too had stayed away from films. However, the writer has remained to be a part of B-town owing to her husband Akshay Kumar. Recently, the actress turned writer surprised everyone on social media by sharing this special post dedicated to her niece Naomika Saran, who is the daughter of her sister Rinke Khanna and Sameer Saran.
Naomika Saran turned 18 today and the proud ‘maasi’ couldn’t stop from dedicating this special post to her. Twinkle Khanna took to Instagram, “And my stunning niece turns 18! Happy birthday my @naomika14 ?? It’s been a joy watching you grow from a little girl who was scared of her bellybutton to this smart, confident woman. Love you loads.” While some fans wondered if this was an indication of her being introduced to Bollywood, some others were keen on pointing out the inheritance of Khanna genes. One of the fans said, “She looks like u” whereas another one dropped a comment saying, “She has got stunning similarities to you”. Yet another fan felt that she resembled Twinkle from her younger days. “I legit thought that’s a photo from your youth!” added the fan. One more fan shared, “Looks very much like her Masi, same hair, face cut and features.”
On the other hand, thrilled with her aunt’s gesture, Naomika too took to the platform to share her thank you message. “Thank you so much masi, I love you the most??”
After Twinkle took to the platform to share her birthday wish, many of her friends from the industry also dropped their special wishes for the 18-year-old. “Omg. Bobby Deol and Sonali Bendre also dropped their birthday wishes. “What a beauty ????????” added former actress and Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata Shirodkar.
