Corn Raita Recipe

This raita recipe can be enjoyed as it is, as corns are stomach-filling and curd itself will make you full.


  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 yoghurt (curd)
  • ¼ onion


To begin with this delicious raita recipe, slice the onions and tomatoes. Keep it aside for a while.


Take out the serving bowl and pour the curd into it. Add the sliced onions and tomatoes into it. Mix it well.


Next, take a pressure cooker and start boiling the corn in water. Once the corn are boiled in 5 minutes, turn off the flame.


Put the boiled corn in the curd and mix it well. Sprinkle some red chilli powder on the raita. The corn raita is now ready, serve immediately.
