Without going to the parlour, have beautiful and soft hands at home. Just try out these simple ingredients found in every home and follow the method to get clean and soft hands
  • Yoghurt – 5 Tablespoon
  • Castor Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
  • Coffee – ½ tablespoon
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Aloe Vera Gel – 1 teaspoon
  • Corn Flour – 1 tablespoon or you can substitute with Milk Powder
  • Vitamin E Capsule – 1
  • Honey – 1 Teaspoon

First Step:

Mix some yoghurt in water and wash your hands properly.

Second Step:

Now, in a bowl, take 1 tablespoon Yoghurt, 1 tablespoon Castor Sugar and half a tablespoon of coffee. Coffee is a lot of beneficial properties and is very useful in cleaning the skin.

Now, rub the mixture on your upper hand in a slow motion. You will realise that this mixture is cleaning your hands and your skin is getting softer.

Rub for 10 minutes. After that, wipe out the mixture using tissue paper.

Third Step:

Take one tablespoon of Yoghurt, a pinch of turmeric, one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of Aloe Vera Gel. Mix it well, apply it to your hands and massage your hands for the next 10 minutes. The more time you take to massage, the better the benefits are as massage increases blood circulation.

After the massage, wipe your hands.

Fourth Step

Mix one Tablespoon of Yoghurt and one tablespoon of corn flour or Milk Powder, 2 to 3 drops of honey and oil of Vitamin E. Mix and apply on your hands and let it dry for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes either wash it or use a wet hand towel to wipe out the mixture. Then apply oil or cream to your hands.
