Detox Yourself Post Diwali

So finally, Diwali has ended. After a month-long celebration and festivities of Navratri, Durga Puja, Dussehra and Deepawali, the favourite time of the year has come to an end.

With the remembrance of glittering lights, hymns of holy mantras, fragrances of dhoop and finger-licking delicacies, people across India are now stepping back into the daily mundane life and are taking a count on calorie intake. From delectable laddoos made in desi ghee to rich luscious gravies and pooris, we all must have binged on all these good foods which would have backtracked us from our fitness goals by adding some extra weight to our bodies.
Now it’s the time to do some corrective actions of rejuvenating our health and bodies how you ask?

Here are some superfoods that you can consume to detoxify your body –
Water:
